What happens after launch?

You get 2–3 weeks of post-launch email support for questions and minor adjustments. After that, you can maintain your site independently or add ongoing support through our maintenance packages.

How much technical knowledge do I need?

None. If you can send emails and use basic apps, you can manage your FoundationCraft™ site. We handle all the technical complexity during setup.

Do you handle domain and hosting setup?

Yes. We help you purchase your domain and set up hosting. You own everything—we just guide you through setup and configuration.

What if I need more features later?

Can I update the site myself after launch?

Yes. Part of our training is teaching you how to update text, images, and basic content yourself. For larger changes (new pages, design updates, feature additions), you can hire us on a project basis or through monthly maintenance packages.

How fast can I launch?

Most practitioners go live in 2–3 weeks from discovery call to launch. If you need faster turnaround, we offer express delivery in 5 days for an additional fee.

Do I need to write all the content myself?

No. We provide content strategy consultation—we interview you about your approach and help structure your message. You provide the clinical expertise; we help you articulate it clearly.
